Corrections and removal

If a listing is wrong, we will fix it

Most profiles here were compiled from a business's own public website without that business asking us to. If we got something wrong, or you would simply rather not be listed, you do not have to justify it to us. Corrections and removals are free, they do not require an account, and we do not try to talk you out of them.

How to ask

1. Open the listing form.
2. Choose Correction to a listing or Removal of a listing as the application type.
3. Pick your business from the list and tell us what is wrong.

Or email [owner detail required: public contact email] from an address at your business domain, if that is easier.

What happens next

A person reads it and replies by email. Removals are processed without argument. Corrections are checked against your public materials and applied, and we update the recorded source and date for that listing.

Reporting someone else's listing

If you are a host and a listing looks inaccurate, tell us the same way. We will check it against the provider's own materials rather than take either side's word for it.

What we cannot do

We cannot resolve a dispute between you and a provider, mediate a refund, or act on a shoot we were not party to. We are a directory, not a marketplace.
