Who we are

Stay Photographers is an independent directory of photographers who work on short-term and vacation-rental properties, operated by [owner detail required: legal entity name]. You can reach us at [owner detail required: public contact email].

What we collect, and why

We collect data in two places, and they are different.

1. Public listing information

Provider profiles in this directory are compiled from information the business has already published about itself: business name, the markets it says it serves, the services it advertises, and a link to its own website. We record the page we took it from and the date we checked it. We do this so hosts can find providers and verify the claims themselves. We do not collect personal data about hosts who browse the directory.

2. Listing applications

If you submit the form on the list your business page, we receive what you typed: business name, contact name, contact email, optional phone number, website and portfolio links, the markets you cover, the services you offer, your description of your short-term rental experience, your requested plan, and your two confirmations. We use it to decide whether to publish or update a listing, and to reply to you.

Who processes it

• Form delivery: submissions are transmitted to our inbox by formspree.io, which also retains a copy in its own dashboard. Their handling of the data is governed by their own privacy terms.
• Payment: if you are approved for the founding featured listing, we send you a payment page hosted by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment details directly. We never see or store card details, and we never ask for them on this site.
• We do not sell your data, we do not share it with other providers, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Application submissions are retained for [owner detail required: submission retention period]. Published listing information stays online until the provider asks us to remove it or we remove it ourselves.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and remove your listing. Use the corrections and removal page, or email [owner detail required: public contact email]. We do not require you to prove a legal basis and we do not charge for it.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies. It does not use a marketing analytics stack.
