Who we are

Stay Photographers is an independent directory of photographers who work on short-term and vacation-rental properties, operated by J&A Business Solutions LLC. You can reach us at info@jnabusinesssolutions.com.

What we collect, and why

We collect data in three places, and they are different.

1. Public listing information

Provider profiles in this directory are compiled from information the business has already published about itself: business name, the markets it says it serves, the services it advertises, and a link to its own website. We record the page we took it from and the date we checked it. We do this so hosts can find providers and verify the claims themselves. We do not collect personal data about hosts who only browse the directory.

We count anonymous usage events, such as page views, searches, filter choices, clicks through to a provider's website and whether an application was sent, using PostHog. These events carry a random identifier that lasts only for your browser tab session. We set no cookies for this and never send form contents, names, email addresses or phone numbers to analytics.

2. Listing applications

If you submit the form on the list your business page, we receive what you typed: business name, contact name, contact email, optional phone number, website and portfolio links, the markets you cover, the services you offer, your description of your short-term rental experience, your requested plan, and your two confirmations. We use it to decide whether to publish or update a listing, and to reply to you.

3. Host quote requests

If you use the "get quotes" form on a city page, we receive your name, email, optional phone number, the city, the services you want, your timing, the number of bedrooms, an optional listing link and any notes. We pass your request to up to three photographers who cover that city, chosen from the listings on that page, so they can contact you with a quote. Each photographer then handles your details under their own privacy terms.

Stay Photographers is run by J&A Business Solutions LLC, which also manages short-term rentals. We only contact you about rental management if you tick the optional box asking for it, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

Who processes it

• Form delivery: submissions are transmitted to our inbox by formspree.io, which also retains a copy in its own dashboard. Their handling of the data is governed by their own privacy terms.
• Payment: if you are approved for the founding featured listing, we send you a payment page hosted by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment details directly. We never see or store card details, and we never ask for them on this site.
• Customer records: host quote requests are stored in our customer relationship system, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), and a copy is emailed to our inbox through the form service above.
• We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. A listing application is never shared with other providers. A host quote request is shared only with the matched photographers described above.

How long we keep it

Application submissions and host quote requests are retained for 24 months for rejected or inactive applications, after which they are deleted. Published listing information stays online until the provider asks us to remove it or we remove it ourselves.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and remove your listing. Use the corrections and removal page, or email info@jnabusinesssolutions.com. We do not require you to prove a legal basis and we do not charge for it.

Cookies and analytics
